Civil works within both new developments and existing roadways and pavings including kerb & channel, side entry pits, spoon drains, retaining walls, splitter islands and shared user paths, compliant as per local city council specifications.
Our vast experience in landscaping features coloured and exposed aggregate concrete, unique decorative saw cuts, paver bases, sporting infrastructure such as tennis and basketball courts as well as project specific concrete feature items. Our most unique example is our feature retaining wall for Mandalay Estate listed in Our Projects.
To maintain the best working relationships with our clients we integrate each project into cloud based systems which can be accessed by all authorised representatives of principal contractors from the comfort of their computer, tablet or phone. Our systems are utilised to exchange and archive subcontracts, progress claims, purchase orders, delivery dockets, site photos and any other miscellaneous project specific documentation. Each slab undergoes pre, mid and post pour photos to ensure meticulous recording keeping of our cleanliness and standard of work. Likewise, the integrity of all our slabs are verified with as-built reports for our clients to refer to.
